!ask — Ask a Character

Ask any character a direct question. They'll address you by name and respond on stream. Include "chat" in your question to make them reference recent chat messages.

Examples

!ask Barney How do you like working at Black Mesa?

Basic usage — Barney answers your question directly.

!ask Isaac What do you think about what chat is saying?

Chat-aware — Isaac references recent chat messages in his answer.

!ask Barney skip chat what is your favorite weapon?

Opt out of chat — add "skip chat" or "ignore chat" anywhere to keep audience messages out of the answer. The phrase is stripped before the AI sees it.
